Jaime is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with youth (ages 3+) and their families. She is licensed to practice in both Arizona and Ohio. After completing her Masters’ degrees at Northern Arizona University, she gained 15+ yrs of counseling experience in Day Treatment, Community-Based, School-Based, and Out-Patient Therapy settings.

 

She specializes in treatment of Anxiety, having received extensive training in evidence-based interventions for Selective Mutism, OCD, Social Anxiety, and Phobias. Modalities include Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. 

 

Jaime takes time to understand the journey leading individuals and families to therapy, to build rapport and trust with youth who are apprehensive about therapy, and to partner with youth and parents to identify internal strengths and motivation for change, in order to work towards individual and family goals. 

 

She is currently accepting referrals for youth (ages 3+), families/parents, and young adults.
