Bria believes in the strength and capacity of each individual and works to empower clients in a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental environment to those who have the desire to work through the core issues and life experiences they feel are affecting their current well-being. Bria aims to provide a warm and honest space for you to address any issues preventing you from living your best life and looks forward to supporting you through healing and growth.

She has a passion for working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, complex family dynamics, relationship issues, loss and grief, early adverse experiences, and life transitions. Bria also enjoys working with the pregnancy and postpartum period, transition to parenthood, and supporting healthy parenting. She sees adults 18 and older, and couples.

Bria’s approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative, utilizing a range of modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s life experience, preferences, and needs. These include CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and the Gottman Method, among others. Regardless of what brings you to therapy she will work to understand you as a whole person with authenticity and humility. 

She received her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University.
