Heather believes that showing up for ourselves is one of the most important things we can do. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and its ability to foster life long, positive, healing changes. Heather has many years of lived experience, which she believes allows her to sit with clients in those darker spaces, that can seem overwhelming alone. 

 

Heather works with people of all ages. She has 18 years of experience as a therapist, ranging from working as a school counselor with children to those nearing retirement. She offers a gentle approach to therapy, allowing time for trust and safety to build within the therapeutic relationship. She takes honor in being an advocate for and providing a safe, inclusive space for people who identify within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. 

 

It takes courage to begin the journey of therapy. Heather would be honored to walk along with you.
