Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy to adults. She received her Masters degree in Counseling with an Art Therapy focus from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in 2011. She has been in the mental health field since 2003, working with a wide range of populations and client needs including residential, inpatient and community mental health outpatient settings. She is a generalist practitioner who uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual client and their individual concerns.

 

Heather uses a more holistic approach to counseling to address the whole person, mind, body and spirit. She believes the journey of counseling and self discovery is a beautiful, challenging one. She looks forward to supporting you to find your truth and peace.
