Patrick Garard is a Licensed Associate Counselor who brings a grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human approach to mental health care. He is passionate about supporting individuals who experience intense emotions, identity disruption, trauma responses, or existential anxiety. His style balances practical skills with compassionate insight, meeting clients where they are while helping them grow toward where they want to be. He believes therapy is a collaborative process rooted in clarity, honesty, and the belief that people can build lives worth living, even in moments of deep uncertainty.

 

Patrick uses person-centered and mindfulness-based approaches. He offers basic Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, depression, and anxiety. Patrick works with adults and adolescents and welcomes clients from all backgrounds.
